Vimeo playback not supported on BIC workstation web browsers

Please describe the issue you’re having?

Users cannot view vimeo videos on BIC workstations because browser versions are out of date. Example page: Deep Learning Workshop with Dr. Robb Brown

Playback from the vimeo homepage also doesn’t work.

the same version of firefox is installed on precise (12.04) and trusty (14.04). This is a flash plugin issue.

I upgraded the plugin on venus and the upgrade should have propagated to all workstations around 15h15.

PS - you may have to restart your browser after the upgrade.
