The BIC has a Globus Endpoint based on the “Globus Connect Server”.
Our Globus Endpoint is able to create Globus collections based on the existing data leases at the BIC. If you need a Globus collection to be created for you please submit a support request including the following information:
Data lease path to be used for the new collection:
Access to the new collection will require your BIC account to have existing permissions on the data lease.
After creating the new collection, we’ll get back to you with the new collection ID. You can use the collection ID to search for the collection in the Globus web app. In order to use the collection you must authenticate using your BIC credentials in the login page that you will be presented:
