Can not acces /data/noel/noel9 through pandarus

Please describe the issue you’re having?

I can access /data/noel/noel9 through any of our machines, except from pandarus. I verified also if other members of our lab have the same problem.

ssh to pandarus and cd or ls to /data/noel/noel9.

The cluster (where noel9 lives) is being serviced at the moment: all firmware is being upgraded.
